We can't really answer that question yet but, as Sabicho previously said, we started by creating the concept of an ideas bag. Then, and for the course of some days, we wrote down everything we could think of. By that time we already had about 30 ideas (yes, we're imaginative guys).
Afterwards we got together and, with pizza and beer (not much), started to scratch out the bad and non-original ones (*sigh*). About 10 ideas where removed from the list, and 10 were considered as the most promising ones.
We're currently developing two of them, a game and an application, and as soon as we have more news we'll share them here.
